The holder of the prettyneat.work domain registration. Its contact channel will be listed in the Imprint once published.

What is processed and why

This site serves static pages only. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and it asks you for no personal data. When a page is requested, the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (United States) records your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser details in its server logs. The purpose is to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site.

Recipients and transfers

Only the hosting provider processes the log data, as our processor. Because it is based in the United States, this is a transfer outside the EEA. It rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Article 45 GDPR), under which Netlify, Inc. is certified; Netlify's Data Processing Agreement falls back to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) if that framework stops applying. No other recipient receives it.

Retention

Netlify's Data Processing Agreement states that its logs are kept online for 90 days and offline for one year. No other personal data is stored.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Requests go to the contact channel listed in the Imprint once it is published. You may also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
